Yes, you can cancel the collaboration, although you need to post that this offer has now ended on your socials.
I don't want to hand customers a full loyalty card back
Yes, completely understandable, firstly you do not need to offer this it can just be from a £40 receipt, although if you do want to offer this, simple write on the card it has been used so you know not to reaccept it again.
